It should work in the presence also. If it does not work, you still have to make it work. Try not to expect and always be on the giving end. Your life is not only yours, now it belongs to others too.
I don't really HAVE to do anything unless I want to. Great expectations???? we all have them and we know how they end! My life belongs to noone except the almighty Allah so without his will noone or nothing, not even my own being can have 100% control. If I belong to anyone or anything it is to the earth I derived from and where I shall return. Striving for perfection my dear does not make you perfect, it's all in the eyes of the beholder and it is not about how much you give and love, but how much you receive and are loved!
